Code Enter new codes to be established. This should be a 2-digit number.
Description Enter descriptive text to be attached to the code number just entered.
Things You Should Know
Status Code is a required field within each Loan’s Master file. These codes are also available as selection criteria on reports and statistics.
Although there are nine pre-established status codes with the standard GMS-RLSS programming, up to 91 additional codes may be added.
Code descriptions may be edited or deleted as desired with two exceptions: Status code 3 Default and status code 5 Write-off should never be edited or deleted. These codes have special importance when reports are generated.
