QUICK DATE LISTINGS

Function
To produce “Tickler Files” to aid in timely processing of loans and loan documentation.


Operating Instructions
From the GMS-RLSS Main Menu, select Features, Quick Date Listings.

Please select a field 
Use the combo box to select the field to be searched. 

Beginning Date         
Use the calendar to select the beginning of the date range to be included in the search. 

Ending Date              
Use the calendar to select the ending of the date range to be included in the search. 

Month From
After selecting the Beginning and Ending Date Range, you may then select to narrow down your listing to one or more specific months. For example, if you wish to receive a listing of all employees with a birthday in March, you would enter a broad Beginning and Ending Date range such as 01/01/1920 to the current date. Then in the Month From and To boxes you would select the month of March. If you do not wish to narrow down your listing to one or more months, do not select anything in the Month From and To boxes.

Selection Criteria      
Options for narrowing selection criteria include: 

Funds 

Status 

Loan Officer 
The following instructions relate to limiting the search to specific Funds, and the same instructions apply to each of the potential criteria above. 

If you do not wish to include all loans, click on the Funds tab.  All existing funds will be displayed for your selection.  To select a fund, move the cursor to the fund to be included and click – it will then be highlighted,indicating loans with that fund are to be included on the report.  If you wish to include more funds, hold down the Ctrl key and click on the additional fund to be included.  If you select a fund by mistake, hold down the Ctrl key and click on the fund again – the highlighting will disappear, indicating it no longer is to be included in the selection criteria.  Continue this process until you have narrowed the search to include only those loans you wish to review. 

Things You Should Know

• Quick Date Listings can be utilized at any time with no impact on the database. 
• The combo box will offer selection of date fields within the Loan Master files as well as any Optional Master Field established as data type “date”. 
• Once the report is printed to screen, it can be sent to a printer or exported to a file by selecting the appropriate icon from the top task bar.
