LOAN SERVICING WORKSHEETS

Function
Loan Servicing Worksheets creates two Excel worksheets to aid in monitoring loans making payments and Conversations entered for loans not making payments during a selected timeframe for one or more funding sources. This supplement may also be used to create backup documentation to support the Colorado Department of Housing report.

Excel Worksheet 1 is created for all Repayments made for specified Funding Source(s) during a selected timeframe. Worksheet 1 includes Activity Date, Loan ID, Loan Name, and Repayment Amount. Excel Worksheet 2 lists all Conversations for loans meeting the specified criteria but not appearing on Worksheet 1.


Operating Instructions
  1. Select the Loan Fund or if multiple funds are desired, hold the Ctrl key as you select the funding sources for your report. 
  2. Select the date range for your report. Only Repayments with the Activity Date falling within this range will be included. 
  3. Click on Prepare Worksheet 1 to receive the Excel worksheet containing the loan number and name, repayment amounts, and activity date for loans meeting the selected criteria. 
  4. Click on Prepare Worksheet 2 to receive the Excel worksheet containing loans meeting the criteria selected but did not make a repayment during the reporting period and had one or more Conversations entered. This worksheet will contain loan #, loan name, the conversations and their dates, and if they currently have a $0 balance that will be noted.
