Function
To indicate which features and supplements users may access.


Fields

User Name               
Use the combo box to select from established users.  Determine which features/supplements the specified user should have access to, and approve that access by clicking on the box to the left of the menu item.  A checkmark will appear indicating access.  Clicking on the box again will remove the checkmark, and the user will not be allowed to access that feature.

Things You Should Know
  • Supervising staff should be aware of each user’s responsibilities related to the GMS-RLSS program and carefully monitor their access to various program components. 
  • Selections as entered or edited will only be saved when Save icon is selected.
