Function Enter, edit, or print collateral codes to assist in managing the loan portfolio and selected reports.
Fields
Code Enter a 2 character alpha code to be established.
Description Enter descriptive text to be attached to the code number just entered.
Things You Should Know
Collateral Code is not a required field when Loan Master files are established.
There are eight pre-established codes. Others may be added as desired.
Use caution when deleting or editing existing codes. If those codes have been entered into Loan Master files, individual Loan Master files may require editing of collateral to ensure accuracy.
